Our Networking is looking for a Project Manager for the PLM team. The PLM Project Manager will coordinate the end-to-end harmonization of two Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, leading all aspects of cross-functional teams to streamline product development, unify data management processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
What Youll Be Doing:
Develop and manage the project plan, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, supply chain, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for the project.
Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and implement strategies to minimize impact.
Proactively address any challenges related to data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities across project teams, optimizing resources to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress, applying KPIs and metrics to measure success.
Requirements: What We Need to See:
Bachelors degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of project management experience in a multidisciplinary (Hardware & Software) company. Preference for experience in leading system migration projects.
Required to work also on US time zone 4 days a week.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools.
Scheduling & Deadline Tracking, Proven ability to manage and track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good written, verbal, and reading skills in English.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Familiarity with Product BOM (Bill of Material), Change Control Management, and Product Configuration.
Familiarity with PDM tools (e.g., Agile/Windchill system).
Experience working with ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
Hands-on experience in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
