we are looking for an Affiliates & Influencers Manager to join our Marketing team.
This role is a key part of our company's growth engine, focused on scaling our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and revenue. The Affiliates & Influencers Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate strategy, building strong relationships with diverse partners, and optimizing program performance to ensure measurable business impact.
You will collaborate across departments to align initiatives with company goals, while managing recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization for affiliate partners. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to support growth targets
Identify, recruit, and onboard a wide range of affiliate partners including influencers, micro-agencies, content creators, bloggers, developers, and advisors
Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships and act as the main point of contact for ongoing collaboration
Design and implement outreach strategies and tailored programs to address different partner segments
Collaborate with affiliate platforms and tracking technologies to ensure smooth onboarding and tracking
Create onboarding materials, promotional assets, and enablement resources to support partner success
Co-develop and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with our companys broader marketing initiatives
Monitor and optimize affiliate program performance using data-driven insights and KPIs
Analyze performance data to identify trends, benchmark against competitors, and refine strategies accordingly
Manage and optimize commission structures to ensure ROI and partner motivation
Provide ongoing performance feedback and actionable insights to both partners and internal stakeholders
Forecast and manage the affiliate program budget for optimal resource allocation
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts
Advocate for affiliate marketing internally and educate stakeholders on program performance and potential
Participate in integrated marketing campaigns leveraging the affiliate channel
Lead or support ad hoc marketing and partnership-related initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on affiliate/partner marketing
2+ years of experience specifically in recruiting and managing affiliates/influencers
Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing technology industries
Strong relationship-building and partner management skills across diverse partner types
Analytical mindset and experience using data to evaluate and improve marketing performance
Understanding of affiliate attribution models, tracking technologies, and performance reporting
Familiarity with major affiliate platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, etc.
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and content strategy
Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance CSM with partners an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
