We are looking for an Atlassian Platform Expert & Enterprise AI to join our IT Team as a temporary 1 year maternity leave (MLA) replacement, who has a passion for collaboration tools, process optimization, and IT service management, who has a desire to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure the successful implementation and management of Atlassian tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
We use an interesting and mixed technology stack: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (Wiki), and integrations with various internal systems and third-party tools.
In this position, you will use your expertise in configuring Atlassian tools and will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Jira-based workflows, manage Jira Service Desk projects, maintain documentation in Wiki, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and design Jira Service Management projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, SLAs etc.
Develop and maintain custom automation rules, queues, forms, and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across our company departments to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Monitor system performance, manage platform upgrades, and apply best practices for platform reliability and scalability
Create and deploy AI based projects or solutions that enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve decision making across various domains.

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to support our implementation of Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments. Join our exceptional Business Information Systems Group, which manages Atlassian and other ALM tools to support all areas of the organization, from R&D to Operations!
What will your job look like:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet organizational needs as a Jira/Atlassian Admin.
Administer Jira, Confluence, and JSM, including the creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with various Jira and Confluence add-ons, such as Structure, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, CF++, JMWE, Xray, etc.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business processes supported by Jira.
Work closely with the Integrations team to design and implement integrations between the tools.
Gather requirements and improve business process workflows in Jira and Confluence, identifying functionality gaps.
Conduct training sessions for employees on how to effectively use Jira and Confluence, including new features.
