Were looking for a passionate and hands-on Business Applications Engineer to join our growing Business Applications team.
In this role, youll help manage, optimize, and integrate a wide range of enterprise applications from operational systems like Atlassian and Monday.com to customer-facing tools like Zendesk with a strong emphasis on automation and AI enablement.
You'll take part in leading cross-functional projects, driving adoption of AI tools, and creating smart, scalable solutions that improve business operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Own and manage core enterprise systems (e.g., Atlassian suite, Monday.com, Zendesk, NetSuite) including configurations, enhancements, and user support.
Implement and optimize integrations between systems using tools such as Make.
Lead AI tools adoption- from proof of concept to full deployment, and support the company in leveraging generative AI and other innovations.
Collaborate with teams across the company (Finance, Operations, Support, etc.) to understand their processes and translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for internal systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
Document system processes, configurations, and knowledge to support growth and maintain transparency.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in business applications, information systems, or IT project roles.
Hands-on experience managing and supporting multiple SaaS platforms.
Proven experience with system integrations, ideally with tools like Make.
Experience working with AI platforms, APIs, or generative AI tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn NetSuite in-depth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.
Fast learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do approach.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Scripting or basic coding knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
Experience with BI tools or reporting platforms.
