Required Command & Control Operator
As a Command & Control Operator, you will:
Be part of the security department team
Work in shifts 247, including weekends and holidays
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers and business partners
Detect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidents
Staff the companys main reception during day shifts and ensure a professional, welcoming experience
Monitor security systems and operational platforms to detect, assess, document and escalate security and operational incidents
Prioritize emerging threats to protect assets and information
Support business continuity activities and emergency response
Maintain operational logs, reports and shift handovers.
Requirements: Experience as Command & Control operator from the private sector or military service
Fluent English
Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills
High level of responsibility, integrity and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
It would be great if you also have:
B.Sc. student in the Industrial Engineering field or equivalent
Experience in corporate security, physical security or a similar operational role.
