We're seeking a dynamic QA Team Lead to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI products. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of Apollo and its applications.
*What You'll Do:*
- Lead the QA lifecycle for our Micro Expert system, from sourcing to evaluation and retention
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with our product vision
- Guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects that blend software and operations
- Design and conduct innovative, data-driven tests to quickly address critical questions
- Streamline and enhance existing QA processes, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency
- Manage bug identification, documentation, and resolution processes
- Oversee thorough regression testing for resolved issues
- Conduct comprehensive testing across mobile and web applications
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to define and meet system requirements
- Stay abreast of QA best practices and emerging trends in AI testing
Requirements: - 2-3 years of manual testing experience
- About 1 year of leadership experience in QA
- Proven track record in writing and executing test cases, designs, and strategies
- Proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Familiarity with performance and/or security testing (a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with remote work and global team collaboration
- Knowledge of QA automation techniques (a plus)
