We are looking for an excellent BA Manager to join the winning team! Job Description Eitan Medical is looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of BA Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's business applications while also providing hands-on technical support. You will lead the BA team, provide strategic direction, manage resources, and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems. We are looking for a highly motivated person with a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise. Job Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the BA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. · Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the ERP and CRM systems and the production line, and own all business applications related responsibilities globally. · Engage with business leaders across the organization to influence and create the right technical solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes. · Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and metrics using PowerBI and other tools. · Lead the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. · Take a part in defining the technology roadmaps and long-term vision for core systems integrated with overall applications and processes. · Manage projects, resources and vendors to ensure successful delivery, budget and timeline expectations. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: · 5+ years of experience, preferably at a global company. · Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with experience on large-scale ERP system. · In-depth knowledge and experience of In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, landscape design, and system administration best practices preferred. · Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM. · Experience with defining and implementing software interfaces. · Experience in SQL and BI Tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. · Demonstrated ability to learn and create a deep and clear understanding of the business processes. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments. · Strong teamwork and communication skills. · Experience background in marketing, sales and global business processes – A strong advantage. · Experience with SOC2 or ISO2700 audit – An advantage. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Language skills · Fluent English - writing and verbal.
