abra is looking for a People & Operations Coordinator (Student Position) to join our team! Responsibilities:
* Support employees with a focus on onboarding and successful integration into the organization.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and track operational processes, tasks, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
* Work with organizational information systems, perform ongoing controls, and generate operational reports.
* Monitor operational data, identify gaps, and drive their resolution in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
* Support day to day business operations by coordinating across multiple teams and ensuring operational continuity.
Requirements: Must have:
* Bachelor's degree student with at least one year of studies remaining (Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field).
* Availability to part time position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and great attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders. Nice to Have:
* Previous experience in an Operations, Administrative, Coordination, or People Operations role.
* Experience working with organizational information systems and in a cross-functional environment.
* Experience working with data, generating reports, and performing operational controls.
