We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team for a temporary position covering maternity leave. In this role, you will help shape the future of our products and capabilities, driving innovation that transforms how healthcare organizations use data to create real value.
You will work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, clinical experts, and customer success and engaging directly with customers and end users to translate real-world needs into impactful product solutions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and is passionate about improving healthcare through data-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring clear alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical execution.
Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on market insights, customer feedback, and organizational priorities to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions.
Engage directly with customers and end users to understand pain points, validate solutions, and ensure the product delivers meaningful outcomes.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, measurable value, and user engagement.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company (experience in SaaS or healthcare technology an advantage).
Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and priorities that align with business objectives.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities able to articulate product value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and timely delivery.
Experience working with healthcare organizations or data products an advantage.
Fluent in English
