Location: Kibbutz Glil Yam (10 minutes from Herzliya train station)
What will you do? The Project Manager will be responsible for work with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that our SaaS products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. This individual will play a key role of implementing well-known organizations, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. - Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and dependencies. - Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Stakeholder Communication: - Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals. - Manage expectations and handle any issues or escalations effectively. - Conducting weekly and stirring meetings with the relevant stakeholder Requirements Gathering & Documentation: - Write and maintain clear and comprehensive User Requirements Specifications (URS) to capture customer needs, user stories, and business objectives. - Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. Risk Management & Problem Solving: - Proactively identify risks and issues that may affect project timelines or quality and develop mitigation strategies. - Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and prevent delays, ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in tech companies. - Strong technical orientation with a deep understanding of Rest APIs. - Experience writing User Requirements Specifications (URS) and other technical documentation. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and timelines. - Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc). - Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. - Knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, and security practices. - Proficiency in English is a must.
