We are looking for a Senior System Integration Engineer to deliver innovative functionalities to our customers and optimize our next-generation of Open-RAN base-station products in LTE and 5G NR Cellular Networks.
What you'll do:
Contribute to review the design of new radio cellular features (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation), Challenge the implemented solutions, and suggest improvements.
Define a test strategy to evaluate their end-to-end performances and ensure their conformance to Design and to Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP).
Take ownership of features from an early stage of Proof of Concept, then during their SW implementation and release to customers.
Deliver technical reports and Performance figures based on lab experiments to Product and Customer teams and provide Instructions to Automation teams.
Handle and debug cellular systems issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers.

Be a part of our system engineering group, leading the design of satellite communication terminals.
Working with worldwide R&D teams
Understanding product requirements and deriving system and subsystems requirements
Be a technical lead and owner of system under your responsibility, work with various R&D teams in the company
Responsibilities:
As a part of the team, the responsibility is to get a product designed from stakeholder requirements, setting requirements for all companys disciplines System architecture, HW, SW, RF, antennas, analog, DSP & mechanics.
Create and own system requirements and specification documents
Carry out system reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR), risks mitigation plans and design tradeoffs
Defining system architecture, interfaces, functionality and features
Leading system integration plans and carry out integration activities
Simulating performance and various system functionalities

Collaboration - work closely with other teams, such as development, DevOps, QA, and PM, to ensure that systems are aligned with business needs and goals. TechOps professionals also support other teams and act as a resource for technical issues and questions.
