Looking for a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Sales Manager /
Operations Manager, with a strong background in international business, to lead commercial
and operational activities with customers, suppliers and partners in Europe
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, understands German business culture, and has
prior experience in business / procurement, supplier relations, sourcing, purchasing
negotiations, or B2B sales linked to supply-chain processes.
Sales Responsibilities (procurement-focused)
Lead commercial communication with customers, suppliers and distributors in the
German-speaking market.
Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of Sales and Procurement opportunities with German
and European customers and vendors.
Conduct prospecting and engagement with customers and suppliers regarding pricing,
availability, MOQs, logistics, and terms.
Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate cost structures based on supplier quotes.
Negotiate purchasing terms, supply agreements, delivery schedules, and long-term
pricing strategies.
Represent the company in meetings, virtual demos, which may entail travel to suppliers
in the region.
Requirements: Requirements
- Native/Fluent German (C1-C2) + Strong English + Strong Hebrew
- Experience in Sales and Procurement, international purchasing, supply-chain
- operations, or B2B sales with procurement responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of German and European supplier culture. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both commercial and operational).
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to details.
-Ability to multitask and manage complex sales/procurement pipelines -independently with
-ability to manage all business integration of German team from one side and operational
Israeli team from other side.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or procurement platforms.
- Experience in international procurement, industrial goods, components, machinery,
manufacturing, or logistics will be a strong advantage.
