We are looking for an experienced Treasury & Payments Manager to join our Finance team and report directly to the CFO.
This is a hands-on role managing global payment operations, liquidity, reconciliations, PSPs, and crypto operations across multiple entities and currencies.
Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing payments across banks, PSPs, crypto platforms, and wallets.
Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
Monitor cash positions, liquidity needs, and bank balances across multiple entities and currencies.
Execute domestic and international transfers and payment approvals.
Monitor PSP settlements and resolve discrepancies, failed payments, chargebacks, and fees.
Manage crypto deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wallet balances, and reconciliations.
Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Treasury, Payments, Financial Operations, Reconciliations, or a similar role.
Experience in Fintech, Payments, EMI, Crypto, Online Trading, or another high-volume transaction environment.
Hands-on Crypto Operations experience, including wallets, transfers, settlements, and reconciliations.
Strong experience with PSPs, settlement reports, payment investigations, and reconciliation processes.
Experience managing multiple bank accounts, currencies, payment providers, and legal entities.
Strong understanding of international payments, banking processes, liquidity, settlements, and financial controls.
Practical experience with AI, automation, or advanced matching tools in financial operations.
Advantages Experience with XBO, Fireblocks, EMI Banks.
Experience with Power Query, BI tools, or dedicated reconciliation platforms.
