seeking a Global Director of Customer Experience to lead and scale our worldwide Customer Success, Support, and Enablement organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Leadership
Define and execute the global Customer Experience strategy, ensuring a consistent, scalable framework for onboarding, implementation, adoption and customer lifecycle management.

Oversee adoption and retention initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn.

Partner with regional and cross-functional leaders to optimize engagement models for strategic, enterprise, and SMB segments.

Customer Support & Operations
Lead the global Customer Support organization, ensuring best-in-class service delivery, responsiveness, and resolution quality.

Develop and implement multi-tier support frameworks with clear operational ownership across Support, Success, Product, and Engineering.

Drive automation, knowledge management, and self-service initiatives through advanced tooling, AI-powered support, and comprehensive documentation.

Establish and continuously refine global KPIs and SLAs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT, NPS), embedding operational rigor and transparency.

Enablement, Learning & Knowledge Strategy
Architect a unified enablement vision for customers and internal teams including training programs, onboarding playbooks, and digital learning experiences.

Develop scalable, multilingual education assets (manuals, tutorials, video content) to enhance customer proficiency and independence.

Ensure tight alignment between internal enablement (CS & Support training) and customer-facing content to maintain global consistency and excellence.

Leadership, Culture & Strategy
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing, distributed teams across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Establish global standards, processes, and governance to ensure alignment across regional operations and business units.

Serve as thesponsor for customer experience innovation, influencing product direction through actionable insights from the field.

Partner closely with the CRO, CPO, and CTO to align customer outcomes with business growth, product roadmap, and technical excellence.

What You'll Do
Define the Technical Blueprint: Youll play the primary role in defining our long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap. You'll lead strategic engineering initiatives, apply research to solve complex system-wide challenges, and translate business goals into a robust, scalable technical strategy.

Design for Scale & Resilience: Design and document high-level, cross-system architectural patterns and solutions. Ensure all our platforms (web, mobile, and backend) are built for scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Enable engineering excellence: Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to set and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns across all engineering teams. You will lead critical architectural design reviews and ensure solutions align with the strategic vision.

Mentor and and lead by Influence: Mentor and guide Tech Leads and Senior Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. You will act as a key technical advisor to leadership, communicating complex concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build for the future: Help create an AI-driven culture, continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and trends. You'll prototype and create PoCs to de-risk new technology adoption and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reduce technical debt.

Champion Non-Functional Requirements: Define and own the standards for production readiness, system monitoring, infrastructure strategy, disaster recovery, and overall system robustness.

Enable productivity: Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure strong CI/CD, observability, and security foundations. Drive architecture reviews, POCs, and technical documentation.

The Enterprise Account Manager will own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of large, strategic accounts that currently use multiple products. The primary objective is to protect and grow revenue from these accounts via renewals, upsells and cross-sells while acting as the single escalation point and strategic advisor.

What will you own
Full commercial ownership of assigned enterprise accounts: renewal management, contract negotiations, upsell, and cross-sell execution.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across Owner and GC customers.

Create and execute account plans that map stakeholders, risks, growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and a clear path to expand ARR.

Act as the primary escalation owner for account-level issues, coordinating with Support and Customer Success to ensure timely resolution and communicating the status to both the customer and internal stakeholders.

Proactively identify and qualify expansion opportunities and hand off complex opportunities (or close them) together with the AEs.

Accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM; weekly/monthly forecast updates.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and renewal negotiations with executive sponsors.

Monitor account health metrics and identify churn risk early; design and execute retention strategies.

Represent the customer in internal forums to ensure coordinated delivery and deliverables are met.

Domestic travel and face-to-face meetings with customers will be required.
