We are looking for a Business Systems Team Lead to own and scale our business applications and data platforms. This role will lead both people and projects, managing a team that supports and evolves critical systems that power our go-to-market, operations, and analytics.
The Business Systems Team Lead will report directly to the VP of Information Systems & CISO, giving you high visibility and influence in shaping our technology strategy. You will act as a strategic partner across Sales, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Information Systems, responsible not just for maintaining systems, but for driving their evolution, ensuring they enable smarter decision-making, better customer engagement, and greater business efficiency.
Manage a team of business systems professionals, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration, and directly manage an external IT consulting firm supporting the organizations systems.
Own the roadmap for business systems and integrations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and cross-departmental needs.
Drive end-to-end projects: requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, integrations, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Evaluate and implement new AI-based tools and technologies across all departments to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive our business.
Partner with Sales, GTM, Finance, and Engineering leaders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure our CRM, GTM applications, and BI/data platforms remain reliable, integrated, and business-ready.
Implement best practices for data governance, process automation, and system security.
Requirements: Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in information systems, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Experience in technology companies (SaaS preferred), including both startups and corporate/global organizations.
Proven experience leading complex Salesforce projects, including aggregation and system integration.
Experience implementing AI-based tools across departments to improve processes and drive business growth.
Strong project leadership comfortable managing large cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Deep knowledge of business systems and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, ChiliPiper, LeanData, Workato, Tableau, and AI-based systems).
Experience with financial system integrations (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
Knowledge of essential SaaS business metrics, including ARR, MQL, SQL, and Revenue.
Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong professional communication skills.
