Responsibilities:

Your role and responsibilities:
An experienced z/OS specialist to join a professional team in a Mainframe (MF) environment. Responsible for maintenance, operation, and management of Mainframe systems in a z/OS environment, working with critical system infrastructures for the organization, handling issues, improving performance, and supporting development and operations teams. The role includes ongoing maintenance, system stabilization, leading upgrades, and implementing operational standardization.
Assist in operating and maintaining z/OS systems in an enterprise production environment
Work with experienced teams to perform routine tasks
Participate in monitoring processes, activities, IPLs, handling basic issues, and learning work procedures
Implement operational standards and improve processes
Collaborate with internal interfaces and provide infrastructure support to development teams

* Handling system maintenance, including change requests, fault analysis, and process optimization.
* Translating complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications.
* Coordinating between internal stakeholders, IT/ system teams, and external software vendors.
