Build and own HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead routing logic
Design and optimize lead scoring to improve lead prioritization and nurture
Own marketing tech stack, including tools, integrations, and system configuration
Create nurture sequences and strategy in collaboration with Growth Marketing to ensure better engagement across the entire funnel
Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and funnel conversion reporting to track performance across the buyer journey
Define and enhance lead management processes, including MQL/SQL definitions and BDR and sales handoffs, in partnership with RevOps
Build and maintain golden lists using ICP criteria and intent signals
Support and shape attribution strategy, conducting performance analysis across channels and initiatives
Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition, and campaign activity and results utilizing Salesforce, Google Data Studio and marketing attribution platforms
Act as the strategic owner of the marketing funnel, identifying and addressing conversion bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Optimize speed and delivery at top-of-the-funnel with AI tools and automation (ex. Zapier, Clay, Gemini)
Automate internal notifications to BDRs and AEs for lead assignments and engagement triggers
Requirements: 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS, including deep expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation
Professional written and spoken English - a must
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, attribution models, ABM foundations, and KPI tracking
A collaborative mindset with experience working across GTM stakeholders (marketing, sales, RevOps)
Hands-on experience building with AI tools/ AI-powered workflow automations
Experience with marketing analytics tools and reporting, Hubspot, ABM tools, and Outreach/ Clay/ ZoomInfo
2+ years of Salesforce administration experience - advantage
Project management experience
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
