Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical support engineer.
2+ years of managerial experience.
Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with tools and frameworks such as databases (SQL/NoSQL), logging tools, system health monitoring tools, etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under high pressure.
Excellent customer and service orientation.
Strong verbal and written English and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in DevOps or related role
Proven track with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)- a must
Experience with cloud provisioning tools (Terraform/Pulumi/Crossplane)- a must
Experience with K8S, including familiarity with Helm/Operators- a must
Experience writing complex code/tools/services in various programming languages for large codebases- a must
Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (Jenkins/Argo/GitLab)- an advantage

Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

Requirements:
Youll do it using:
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Technology savvy; Proficiency in cloud-native services and cloud networking, preferably on AWS Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Deep understanding of containers (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong coding skills in Python and/or Bash.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with software life cycle processes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Proficiency in observability tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Splunk Advantages: Knowledge of platform engineering concepts Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD best practices.
