We are establishing a new Performance Marketing Growth Group in Tel Aviv to serve Entains Performance Marketing business units. We are seeking a Solutions Manager who will be the go-to expert for problem-solving production incidents. This role is critical for ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing platforms, tracking systems, and data analysis, ensuring that our campaigns are measured accurately and efficiently while risk is being managed.
Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of marketing performance data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
* Lead problem-solving for any production incidents affecting paid media performance data, from detection to root cause analysis to resolution.
* Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and user behavior patterns that impact marketing attribution and campaign effectiveness.
* Maintain and optimize Marketing Platforms, including GA4, CAPI, GTM, and integrations with Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
* Understand the difference between client-side and backend events, ensuring proper measurement and alignment across systems.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, operations, and Developers teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting/production fix.
* Lead cross-functional projects related to data tracking, attribution, and analytics, ensuring timely delivery and process optimization.
* Provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior leadership on data quality and operational improvements.
* Document processes, best practices, and incident resolutions to build a knowledge base for continuous improvement.
Requirements: * 2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing or analytics Project/solution management, ideally with experience in data oriented production incident management.
* Strong understanding of marketing technology, tracking, attribution, production support and analytics systems.
* Skilled at differentiating and managing client-side and backend event tracking.
* Highly technical and analytical, with strong SQL skills, capable of identifying trends and anomalies, diagnosing root causes, and effectively communicating issues to BAs and developers. Able to use data to support recommendations and drive resolution.
* Proven problem-solving skills and experience resolving issues in fast-paced production environments.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with process development, optimization, and documentation.
* Hands-on experience with GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, GA4, CAPI is a plus.
* Familiarity with Monday.com, Snowflake, web tracking and Appsflyer is a plus.
