This mid-level IT & Cloud Engineer position is designed for individuals passionate about IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and user support. Location: On-Site - Ramat Gan, Israel
This position requires on-site presence 4-5 times per week.
What will you do?
On-Site Employee Support: Provide day-to-day on-site IT support for employees, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
SaaS Administration: Administer various SaaS platforms used by the organization, ensuring smooth operation, updates, and user management.
Cloud Operations Management: Oversee cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring efficient management, and monitoring of cloud environments (GCP,AWS).
Cloud Support: Provide cloud-related support to internal teams, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues and optimizing performance.
Global Support: Participate in global site support, collaborating with remote teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud and IT-related issues as needed.
IT Inventory Management: Manage the IT inventory, including hardware and software, ensuring proper tracking, deployment, and maintenance.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and cloud infrastructure management.
Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), including setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
Infrastructure and Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud networking concepts, and technologies.
Independence and Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively address issues and improve processes.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex IT and cloud-related challenges effectively.
Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud and IT processes (e.g., CloudFormation, PowerShell, Python).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with IaC practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Cloud+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) - advantage
