The Role
As VP HR, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our people strategy while ensuring the HR function serves as a true business partner across all levels of the organization. Youll lead with both strategic vision and operational excellence, empowering teams to grow, innovate, and thrive.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Define and execute people strategies that directly support business growth and long-term operational goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and executive team, influencing strategic decision-making with people insights.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams, to ensure HR initiatives are business-aligned and effectively executed.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support the companys growth and innovation.
People Operations & HR Management:
Lead, mentor, and scale the HR, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Learning & Development (L&D) team members, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems, while collaborating with global counterparts to ensure alignment.
Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics to support executive decision-making.
Talent Management & Development:
Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Design and lead performance management and learning frameworks that drive accountability, growth, and career development.
Ensure the TA and L&D functions deliver strategic talent goals.
Culture & Employee Experience:
Strengthen engagement, retention, and recognition across the organization.
Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding company values into day-to-day practices.
Lead initiatives that support a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous feedback.
Change Management & Growth:
Support leaders in managing transformation, communication, and engagement during scaling phases.
Design scalable HR processes that are lean, efficient, and people-first.
Global Partnership and Collaboration:
Act as a key member of the global HR team, collaborating with counterparts across regions to ensure alignment on HR strategy, programs, budgeting, and policies.
Balance local execution with global alignment, ensure the companys people strategy reflects both local priorities and company-wide goals, and tailor global initiatives to local market needs.

Requirements
7+ years of HR leadership experience, including 3+ years at VP or Director level.
Proven experience in an HR leadership position in an organization of 100+ employees.
Proven experience working in a global organization.
Expertise in organizational design, talent management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Familiarity with Israeli labor laws.
Fluency in English & Hebrew - Must.
Experience managing TA and L&D teams directly.
Comfortable with HR technology, HRIS systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in FinTech or technology-driven companies and understanding of the Jerusalem talent market - Bonus.
