We are looking for a Developer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our platform, collaborating closely with product and professional services teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the Dot Compliance Suite application
Design and implement features that improve user experience and system performance
Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, scalable code
Develop applications on the Force.com platform
Build and maintain cloud-based microservices on AWS
Provide technical support for production environments
Identify and evaluate new technologies to align with business needs
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Analyze business models and customer requirements to design Salesforce solutions
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development best practices
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a salesforce developer
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS)
Experience with clean code principles and architecture best practice
Passionate about learning new technologies and programming languages.
Eager to expand skills in emerging tools, frameworks, and development languages.
Basic experience with Node.js/TypeScript/Java
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
Self learner with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university/college
