A successful high-tech company in the field of optics- Design of optical imaging and illumination systems in the visible spectrum.
Performing computer simulations and identifying undesired optical phenomena (ghosts, stray lights).
Engineering responsibility for the optical design from concept to prototype. Defining manufacturing specifications for optical components and assemblies.
Working with various engineering teams, especially material and mechanical designers.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electro-Optical Engineering or Physics M.Sc.- Must.
PhD- an advantage.
Deep understanding of geometric and physical optics.
Experience with optical systems. Proficiency with optical design software such as Zemax, LightTools, CODE V, TracePro - a big advantage.
Strong and proven programming skills in MATLAB, Phyton.
Hebrew and English - high-level reading and writing.
