7+ years of backend development experience, with deep knowledge in Java and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes preferred).
Proven 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing or mentoring other developers.

An understanding of the development and delivery of Linux-based products, the Linux ecosystem and the latest trends in Linux installation
Ability to deeply understand and translate market/customer problems and opportunities to clearly articulated product requirements.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts, architectures, and trade-offs into clear, plain-language explanations that enable informed decision-making by executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
