We are seeking a highly skilled Software Team Lead with deep expertise in Node.js to spearhead our NLP team, which is focused on processing natural language data within our revolutionary AI-powered test automation platform.

In this role, you will manage a team of 4 engineers remotely, guiding their technical work and aligning it with broader business objectives. Youll be responsible for building and scaling backend services that process and transform user input into intelligent testing workflows, helping us shape the future of test automation.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the development of backend services using Node.js, focusing on high-performance data processing and NLP pipelines.

Collaborate closely with the Product, Backend, and Frontend teams to translate business logic into reliable backend systems.

Own the architecture, design, and implementation of our cutting-edge NLP engine.

Review code, guide design decisions, and ensure development best practices

Drive prioritization and planning, team processes, and cross-functional collaboration

Continuously seek improvements in performance, reliability, and developer experience

we are looking for an experienced Fullstack and Webflow developer to join the Growth team. Were looking for a peoples person with a keen eye for design and user experience, to help us develop web based marketing and product pages
You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to envision the next generation of funnel, experience and build new products driving users to take action via the marketing site, landing pages and embedded widgets environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the development and maintenance of Webflow pages across the company's marketing site and product-related microsites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and consistency with brand and design guidelines
Build fullstack features and tools that support Growth initiativessuch as landing pages, interactive components, dashboards, and other user-facing experiencesaimed at increasing traffic, engagement, and conversio
Integrate Webflow with internal systems and APIs, enabling data-driven and personalized web experiences that support the marketing and product pipeline
Develop Growth products (e.g., widgets, embeddable tools, data visualizations) that live both on and outside the companys main site to drive lead generation and business impact
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing web assets, ensuring they remain up to date, functional, and optimized for performance and SEO
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and data teams to translate ideas into working solutions that align with business goals
