As a Information Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, development, training, documentation, and communicating to stakeholders.
Be a technical leader with a hands-on understanding of Salesforce (Sales & Support clouds, integrations)
Responsibility for evaluating, customizing, and implementing solutions for business processes -Provide technical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on managed applications Manage change requests including prioritization, work plans, risk management, etc
Collaborate with different departments to ensure solutions and applications meet business needs, with a holistic view of current applications and integrations
Lead large migration projects, both process and data.
Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication), -motivation, and coachability to work closely with business people to understand evolving business processes and translate them into requirements
Requirements: 2 years of Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, and more
Experience working with CRM applications such as, Hubspot, Zoho, Zendesk etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a business application/ Project manager/ system analyst (Saas companies an advantage)
Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes with experience in E2E project implementation
Experience working with APIs - an advantage
Be detail-oriented, excellent troubleshooting solving problems, and managing multiple projects and tasks
Ability to communicate technical requirements to business stakeholders and demo planned projects and flows to ensure alignment on deliverables
Strong relationship-building and communication skill set, to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization Team player with strong communication and organizational skills -Excellent time management, efficiency, and prioritization skills
High level of English (writing and speaking)
