This role leads the global paid media strategy for 12+ international
e-commerce stores. The manager oversees an external performance agency and ensures profitable, scalable growth across Meta, Google (PMax), TikTok,.and emerging AI-driven channels
The position combines strategic leadership, performance optimization, advanced attribution analysis, CRO collaboration, and multi-million-dollar budget management. The focus is on driving true profitability (LTV/CAC, MER) - not just ROAS - while building a scalable global performance engine.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced Digital Agency (mastering the technical
execution) followed by minimum 4 years in a Brand-Side Digital Marketing role
(mastering the business strategy).
Proven track record of managing performance for high-growth e-com brands with
international stores.
Direct experience managing and scaling external performance agencies,
including setting SLAs and managing annual contracts.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Pmax focus), and TikTok Ads
Manager.
Master of Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and GTM.
o Advantage: Experience with AI marketing tools, Heatmapping software
(Hotjar/Lucky Orange), and Yotpo.
Language: Fluent English (Must). Additional languages for our 12 markets are a
major plus
