As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll build and harden the SDKs and on-device services that power app delivery, discovery, and monetization at carrier and OEM scale. This is a high-impact role on a small, autonomous team that owns its products end to end - from design through release, monitoring, and on-call. Your work directly supports our FY27 goals of reducing installation failures, enabling dynamic app delivery, and extending our on-device presence into alternative distribution.
About the Senior Mobile Engineer Role
Design, build, and maintain high-performance Android SDKs and on-device services (with iOS work as our cross-platform footprint grows), focusing on reliability, footprint, battery, and security
Drive down install and delivery failures - improving package-manager reliability, dynamic app-delivery (ASR), and recovery paths across a highly fragmented device and OS landscape
Partner with OEM and carrier integration teams to ship features that operate within tight platform, privacy, and resource constraints
Extend on-device surfaces that power alternative distribution and brand-on-device experiences, a key pillar of DT's FY27 roadmap
Own the full lifecycle of what you build: instrumentation, alerting, rollout strategy, A/B experimentation, and on-call for your services
Raise the bar on code quality through reviews, automated testing, and tooling, and mentor other engineers on mobile best practices.

The Tech Platform organization maintains and evolves the foundational platform and shared services that every other DT workstream depends on. As we assemble siloed products into a single marketplace, getting the platform right - reliable, observable, standardized, and cost-efficient - is the critical variable for execution at marketplace scale.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll design and operate the large-scale distributed systems, data infrastructure, and deployment platforms that serve tens of billions of daily events. You'll help drive our OneDT standardization - including the migration to GitOps/ArgoCD and unified CI/CD - and build the platform capabilities (including ML and data infrastructure) that the rest of engineering builds on.
About the Senior Infrastructure Engineer Role
Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems and data platforms for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Drive the OneDT platform standardization: GitOps/ArgoCD adoption, unified CI/CD pipelines, and a clear developer-ownership model across business lines
Build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including Spark-on-K8s and data/ML platform tooling (e.g., Databricks ecosystems)
Implement MLOps and data-pipeline capabilities - training, deployment, and serving infrastructure - in partnership with ML and Data teams
Champion observability, automation, and cost-optimization initiatives that improve reliability while reducing spend
Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, and prevent recurrence through automation and platform improvements.

We're looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join our R&D team, working on the full pipeline - cameras, video processing, automated production, graphics, and backend infrastructure. If you love low-level systems, real-time challenges, and seeing your code live in actual sports arenas, this is the role for you.

As part of your role, you will:
Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems across the video pipeline.
Work on real-time video processing, ingest/transcode pipelines, and streaming infrastructure.
Collaborate with the team on backend services written in Python and Go.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in multithreaded, low-latency systems.
Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to ship reliable, scalable features.
Leverage AI tools (primarily Claude) as part of your daily development workflow.
