The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end, with strong proficiency in Java.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management. You will guide a team of backend engineers to build reliable, scalable, and secure services that power the core of our companys platform.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering technical growth and career development.
Own the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services for Core Experience.
Ensure high system reliability, scalability, and performance in a high-volume production environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Mobile, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Align team roadmap with business goals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will lead complex backend projects end-to-end starting from understanding functional specifications, through writing detailed technical documentation, designing system architecture, developing and deploying high-performance backend services using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure, while closely collaborating with Product, DevOps, QA, and fellow developers to deliver robust and scalable systems, and providing technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
