E2E Leadership: Manage a development team (~10 developers) working in C ++ and JAVA, guiding them from planning and architecture through to deployment.
Dynamic Delivery: Manage workflows across a hybrid environment-driving Agile processes (Sprints, Dailies, Jira) where implemented, while overseeing and adapting to traditional project lifecycles where needed.
Production Ownership: Oversee production environments, ensure smooth releases, and manage Real-Time events.
Requirements: BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering (Mandatory).
Significant experience leading R&D teams.
Proven experience managing technological projects E2E.
Major Advantage: Experience with Mission-Critical / High-Availability systems.
