CEO / Managing Director, to lead the establishment of a new sales call center from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and build an operation that will play a key role in the companys growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the setup of a high-performance sales call center.
- Develop the operational and strategic infrastructure of the center.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives.
-Create and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets, with a focus on Europe and the UK.
- Set KPIs, manage performance, and ensure continuous improvement and more.

Requirements: - Native-level English -mandatory
