As the Technical Operations Manager for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will serve as a critical link between our go-to-market teams and internal systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tools, processes, and data that power our customer lifecyclefrom lead generation to customer retention. Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Tools Management:

Project Management:
Lead operational initiatives such as tool migrations, process redesigns, or onboarding playbook improvements.
Manage timelines, resources, and communication for cross-team projects.
