Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our companys growth.
This is a strategic, hands-on position for someone who thrives on ownership, leads processes from A to Z, and brings broad business thinking into every hiring decision.
Youll partner closely with hiring managers, influence hiring strategies, and shape how we attract and engage top talent globally.
What you'll be doing:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers from defining needs to final offers.
Own and drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
Initiate and lead recruitment-related projects and process improvements, driving innovation and impact across the organization.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in Israel, the US, and Australia to support growth efforts.
Promote employer brand through campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Deliver an exceptional, human-centered candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from role scoping to onboarding - ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic hiring plans that align with the companys growth goals and future workforce needs. Lead employer branding initiatives that strengthen the companys reputation as an employer of choice, including social media presence, campaigns, and talent community engagement. Build and manage our Employee Referral Program to encourage internal participation and attract high-quality talent. Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and decision-making processes, improving both efficiency and pipeline quality.
* Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, and vendors to support talent acquisition efforts. Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to identify insights and trends, optimize processes, and ensure hiring excellence.
* Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding, Employee Experience, and talent development, as needed.
