We are seeking a highly motivated QA Team Lead to join our team.

What will you do?

Own quality end-to-end across all Sidelines products: web and mobile applications, backend services, cross-platform integrations within partner sites, tracking/attribution systems, and large-scale data flows.

Define and execute the QA strategy: regression coverage, release gates, risk management and production validation.

Design, build and evolve the automation infrastructure, expanding coverage across frontend, backend and system-level flows.

Work closely with Engineering and DevOps on CI/CD, deployments, environments and release stability.

Translate product requirements into structured, testable tasks and proactively identify gaps, edge cases and risks.

Lead and mentor the QA team while remaining highly hands-on (70%).

Make both technical and managerial decisions regarding quality standards, tooling and release readiness.

As a Student Automation Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and success of our core platform. This is not just a background role - you will take ownership of end-to-end test plans for complex, cutting-edge features (including AI sessions, data privacy tools, and query builders).

You will work closely with experienced developers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists, gaining deep technical exposure that serves as an excellent stepping stone toward a future career in FS or BE software engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Automation Development: Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and scripts, primarily using Python.
Feature Ownership: Take the lead on creating and executing comprehensive test plans for newly released features, ensuring product stability from day one.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Monitor daily CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early, triage failures, and maintain a highly reliable release cycle.
API & Backend Testing: Conduct deep backend validation by interacting with REST APIs, utilizing tools like Postman and internal automation clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Platform, Product, and Data Science teams to clarify requirements, investigate bugs, and define expected system behaviors.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in framework refactoring, workflow improvements, and writing clean, maintainable code.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across our products and lead our QA efforts from a technical perspective. This is a senior, hands-on role, focused on manual testing, technical leadership, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary R&D teams.

As a QA Tech Lead, you will shape QA methodologies, lead the QA team technically, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable systems built on AI, computer vision, and hardware-software integrated solutions. You will thrive in a high-pace, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities, while maintaining high professional standards and strong cross-team collaboration.

This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week from the office).
