We are seeking a highly technical Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging deep collaborations with the next generation of security companies building solutions for the AI and Agentic era. In this role, you will work directly with security companies, guiding them on how to leverage our software stacks when developing solutions to secure AI and Agentic environments and workloads. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise and commercial go-to-market experience, combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how our technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in the AI and Agentic Security industry with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of our technologies.
Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating groundbreaking solutions that integrate the core stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with our programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
Represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to our internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

Were looking for an experienced Engineering Group Manager to join our growing R&D organization in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will lead and scale a group of teams responsible for the core of AI products. A key focus of this role is to drive the growth of the product offering, executing quickly, innovating, and continuously improving the existing product to ensure it remains production-ready, scalable, and reliable AI.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing our technical vision, driving the evolution of our conversational AI, and building a strong, high-performing engineering organization while working super closely with the product team. This role reports to the CPTO.

Responsibilities
Lead, scale, and mentor an engineering group of 15-20 engineers, delivering complex, AI-driven products at scale.
Manage Team Leads and Partner closely with the CTO to translate technical vision into execution and ensure strong alignment across teams.
Collaborate deeply with Product Managers to define and execute the roadmap for core product.
Drive continuous improvement of R&D processes, structure, and engineering culture to support rapid growth and high-throughput environments.
Foster technical excellence, mentor future leaders, and build a strong leadership pipeline within .
Own cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strong synchronization between your group and other departments across the company.

What you'll do:
Full ownership and management of our monetization serving layer
Support and manage 99.999 uptime infrastructure products with billions of transactions every day.
Grow and develop a team of talented and motivated backend developers.
Own the design, execution, quality, and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
Manage projects in order to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget, and eventually meet the end clients in production
