We are hiring in the Project management team an Integration Manager. You will lead the activities relating to your discipline within our project METAV Tel Aviv Metro Network Manager. This is a unique opportunity to deliver a project across all phases: design, construction until operation .
About the Role:
The Integration Manager will be responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and integrating all engineering and network-related aspects across lines and disciplines within the planning packages of the metro lines. Responsibilities include:
Managing and synchronizing interfaces between various engineering
disciplines, both at the network level and at the individual line level.
Reviewing planning submissions for the metro lines and ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements, applicable standards, and inter-disciplinary and inter-line coordination.
Participating in multidisciplinary professional forums to resolve complex issues and manage inter-disciplinary disputes.
Ensuring synergy between different complex systems, including interfaces
between infrastructure, railway systems, operational systems, electrical systems, control systems, and more.
Reporting to the Project Director of METAV and to the Integration manager of NTA Technical and Engineering Division.
Perform other duties as needed.

What Youll Be Doing:
Integration Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in managing the integration lifecycle. Help connect, implement, and troubleshoot data flows between our core platform and external SIEM/SOAR solutions to meet the needs of strategic clients.
Escalation Management: Collaborate with field departments and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues, providing responsive, high-touch guidance to our MVP customers.
Ticket & Workflow Management: Manage and resolve incoming technical tickets efficiently using Zendesk (agent level), ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and adherence to SLAs.
Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and diagnose system behavior by analyzing logs, metrics, and performance data to identify root causes for complex deployments.
Field Tooling & Workarounds: Utilize, maintain, and help optimize internal scripts, documentation, and utilities to facilitate quick workarounds for the field team.
