we are looking for an NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical readiness of products throughout their lifecycle - from New Product Introduction (NPI), through software releases, manufacturing, and post-production support.
This is an internal-facing role, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, and manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support NPI activities across products
Own the technical readiness and validation of software releases
Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, including R&D, QA, and manufacturing
Perform deep root-cause analysis for hardware and software issues
Support repair processes for failed boards, including hands-on technical investigation
Take responsibility for the technical performance of subcontractor teams (e.g., Flex China)
Ensure alignment and accuracy of hardware, software, and BOMs across products
Own and maintain high-quality technical documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing stability
Requirements: Up to 5 years of experience.
Practical Engineer (B.Sc. in Engineering - advantage)
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (advanced level)
Solid understanding of hardware/software systems and product-level troubleshooting
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills
