We're looking for a Technical Content writer to bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and end users by creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.
Responsibilities:
Create help center articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, internal communications, and customer-facing documentation.
Transform complex technical information into clear and accessible content for different audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and improve User Experience.
Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and other emerging technologies to research, structure, and scale content.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements: Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, help center content, support documentation, or operations writing within a high-tech environment.
Native-level English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple, user-friendly language.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or workflow optimization.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
