Job Description:
Groundwork BioAg, located in Mazor, Israel, is hiring a full-time IT Specialist. This is a sole-function role that includes:
- Handling hardware and software
- Managing information systems
- Maintaining the companys websites
- Providing daily Technical Support to end-users and management

Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field mandatory
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the industry mandatory
- Enforcing organizational work processes and information security protocols
- Significant advantage: experience with ZOHO systems
- Knowledge and experience in administering Active Directory, Azure Entra ID and G Suite
- Managing domains, website hosting, and supporting content managers
- Maintaining e-commerce systems and payment platforms
- Advantage: experience in sales processes, CRM, and ERP systems
- Advantage: knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven experience working with databases mandatory
- Fluent English (spoken, written, and comprehension) mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
