This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems that combine robust software engineering with AI-driven technologies, directly supporting real-world command and control operations. The Role You will take part in the full software lifecycle - from architecture and design to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement. Working within multidisciplinary Agile teams, you will help deliver scalable, resilient systems operating in complex and high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Full-Stack solutions, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
Develop backend and frontend components using JAVA or.NET alongside React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Utilize AI-assisted development tools and automation to enhance productivity and code quality
Participate in system design and lead feature implementation and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile workflows
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain deployed applications
Support best practices, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of Full Stack development experience ( React, JavaScript, JAVA /.NET)
Experience building end-to-end web applications and working with microservices architectures
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Exposure to AI-based development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Experience working in Linux and Windows environments Advantages: Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD automation
Experience leading technical initiatives or feature ownership
