PassportCard is looking for a Financial ERP Implementation Lead to play a key role in a strategic finance-systems transformation within a growing global organization. The role combines strong financial-process expertise with hands-on ERP implementation experience, from solution design and requirements through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can connect Finance, Technology, business users, vendors, and implementation partners, translating complex financial needs into practical, scalable system solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead financial ERP initiatives end to end, including discovery, process design, implementation, testing, go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
* Translate finance, accounting, and business processes into functional requirements and solution designs.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, challenge existing processes, and promote fit-to-standard solutions.
* Own or review key implementation deliverables, including functional designs, fit-gap decisions, configuration, interfaces, reporting, and data migration.
* Work closely with vendors and implementation partners while maintaining strong internal ownership.
* Identify integration, regulatory, localization, licensing, and operational risks and drive resolution.
* Guide business users through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support.
* Evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation across ERP and finance processes.

The ERP Financial System Analyst / Implementor is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of financial modules within the ERP system. This role combines hands-on functional expertise in finance processes with strong system implementation capabilities , ensuring that ERP solutions effectively support financial operations and business requirements. The position works closely with Finance, IT/MIS, and business stakeholders to drive successful ERP implementation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. ERP Implementation & Configuration
* Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations (requirements ? design ? configuration ? testing ? go-live).
* Configure and support financial modules within the ERP system.
* Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
* Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. 2. Financial Functional Expertise
* Act as a subject matter expert in ERP Finance modules, including:
* General Ledger (GL).
* Accounts Payable (AP).
* Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Fixed Assets.
* Costing (advantage).
* Ensure accurate mapping of financial processes within the ERP system.
* Support financial closing processes and reporting requirements. 3. Oracle ERP Implementation
* Support implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle ERP (mandatory).
* Participate in system design and configuration aligned with Oracle best practices.
* (Advantage) Participate in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation / migration projects.
* Collaborate on integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, etc.). 4. Business Support & Process Alignment
* Work closely with Finance teams to understand and support business processes.
* Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
* Assist in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support user training and documentation. 5. Data, Testing & Quality Assurance
* Support data validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial transactions.
* Execute and support system testing (SIT/UAT).
* Identify and resolve functional gaps. 6. Governance & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements.
* Support SOX / ITGC controls implementation (if applicable).
* Maintain proper documentation of configurations and processes.
