We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the company's data AI Group
Temp position for 6 months.
Located in Petah Tikva, hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic, cross-functional R D programs and projects across multiple teams.
Drive alignment between engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase R D efficiency and scalability.
Establish and promote best practices, planning frameworks, and agile methodologies.
Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements: Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager / Technical Project Manager within an R D organization.
*Strong knowledge of R D methodologies, SDLC, and CI/CD.
* Experience working in a cybersecurity environment and a global SaaS company.
* AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.
* Strong analytical skills and data -driven approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority.
* Proven ability to track engineering discussions and translate them into actionable plans.
* Experience with Claude, Cursor, AWS Quick Suite, Jira Admin, Asana, and Google Workspace.
* DataDog and Tableau - advantage.
* BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Software engineering experience - advantage.
