Key Responsibilities -
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across different regions (including Europe and Israel).
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract top candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct sourcing).
Manage salary and offer negotiations with candidates.
Conduct initial screenings, manage interview processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners where relevant.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Comeet), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with international talent markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of English (spoken and written) - mandatory
Additional languages - an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Proactive and independent with strong ownership and accountability.
