We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Industrial Designer to focus on the electrical packaging of our innovative power electronics products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between aesthetics, User Experience, engineering requirements, and manufacturability, ensuring our products are not only functional and robust but also visually appealing and easy to install. Please note: Submitting a portfolio is mandatory for this position Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptual Design & Aesthetics: Develop industrial design concepts for new and existing electrical enclosures and components (inverters, optimizers, batteries, etc.), focusing on form factor, CMF (Color, Material, Finish), branding integration, and user interaction.
* DFM & DFAE: Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams to ensure designs meet DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFAE (Design for Assembly and Ease of Service) standards, optimizing for various manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, injection molding, sheet metal).
* User Experience ( UX / UI ): Enhance the User Experience through thoughtful design of interfaces, mounting systems, cable management, and overall product ergonomics for installers and end-users.
* Prototyping & Validation: Create physical and digital prototypes to TEST and validate design concepts, ensuring compliance with environmental, thermal, structural, and electrical requirements (e.g., IP rating, UL/CE standards).

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
* 6+ years of professional experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in electronic product
* Proven experience designing for high-volume manufacturing processes (injection molding, die casting, sheet metal fabrication). Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of thermal management and EMI/RFI shielding
* Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or power electronics industry is highly desirable.
