Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Creative Optimization solution - an AI-first product at the forefront of our innovation. In this high-impact role, youll own the roadmap end-to-end, collaborating with R&D, AI research, and business teams to build AI-powered tools that deliver measurable value to thousands of customers.
What youll do:
Own the full product lifecycle of the Creative Optimization Solution - from discovery and concept to launch, scaling, and continuous iteration while ensuring alignment with our AI-first strategy and broader business goals.
Define and prioritize the roadmap by deeply understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and the evolving landscape of AI and creative technology, making strategic decisions that drive measurable business impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI research, UX, marketing, and go-to-market teams to develop innovative, user-centric features and ensure smooth execution from vision to delivery.
Engage directly with customers and partners to identify pain points, validate solutions, and gather insights that shape product direction, while building strong relationships and ensuring customer success.
Communicate effectively across the company by clearly articulating product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, enabling alignment and execution at scale.
Requirements: What you have:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
3+ years of experience building analytics-driven SaaS solutions that support marketing or business decision-making goals.
Understanding and experience in working with a complex and highly scalable architecture of SaaS products.
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and cross-product projects.
Ability to turn requirements, ideas, and vision into well-processed and thought-out documentation, presentations, and wireframes.
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience with ad tech, performance marketing, or mobile user acquisition products is a strong plus, bringing valuable insight and enabling faster impact.
Familiarity with data technologies, APIs, and infrastructure used to power analytics-driven platforms.
Technical foundation in analytics, engineering, or related disciplines, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
