We are searching for an innovative and experienced Data Engineer that will join us and be part of our new data initiatives team in our data group.
As a Data Engineer, you will:
Be a part of a cross functional team of data, backend and DevOps engineers.
Be responsible for ingesting large volumes of new data, followed by deep understanding and inspection of the data in close collaboration with data scientists.
Lead the architecture, planning, design and development of mission-critical, diverse and large-scale data pipelines over both public and on-prem cloud solutions.

Business acumen and strategic understanding of the data sources and confidently deliver their interpretation and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
Analyzing and recommending employees/agents improvements, process enhancements or development, and/or technology enhancement recommendations that will positively impact the experience of the customer and professional workforce.
Manage and conduct all phases of in-depth analysis: compilation, validation, analysis, and presentation to business leadership at their premises.
Responsible for maximizing the utilization and capabilities of the Verint VOC Solution to drive meaningful intelligence, actionable insights and quantifiable improvement into the business through the creation of use cases to include the following: building of categories, reports, and dashboards for consumption of business leaders.
Bias for action and a driver for results. Self-starter who looks for opportunities to connect and partner across Customer Care and drive improvement.

What youll do:
Architect metadata-aware data platforms that support scalable and observable pipelines
Create and evolve knowledge graphs, schemas, and lineage tracking systems
Drive the teams expertise in data modeling, schema evolution, and privacy-first engineering
Work with high-scale data ETLs and Data Serving layers on AWS and GCP.
Build and maintain data foundations for agentic AI systems.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the analysis of large (often massive) datasets, develop models and algorithms to meet customer needs. You will be working closely with other data scientists, data engineers, product managers and domain experts to improve our automotive purpose-built data management platform, focusing on vehicle quality, cybersecurity and API security use cases.

Collaborate closely with domain experts and peers to research and implement models and algorithm flows that best fit requirements
Partner with our data engineering and development teams to devise innovative solutions for productization
