Lead the design and optimization of RF and GNSS subsystems in a deployed product
Own the electromagnetic and RF performance of multi-antenna systems
Own the capability to lead an RFIC development effort
Serve as a key technical authority and focal point within the RF domain
Develop and refine advanced interference mitigation techniques, including Null Steering and beamforming
Analyze complex RF environments, including jamming and spoofing scenarios
Drive system -level architecture decisions across RF, antennas, and signal processing
Conduct advanced lab and field experiments, including over-the-air testing in challenging environments
serve as a technical focal point within the RF domain
Work closely with product, hardware, and algorithm teams to deliver robust, production-grade solutions
Requirements: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience in RF systems and antenna design
Deep expertise in electromagnetic theory and wave propagation
Strong experience with GNSS systems (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, etc.) in real-world conditions
Proven experience with multi-antenna systems, beamforming, or spatial filtering
Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS)
Experience taking systems from concept to deployed product
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex RF environments
