We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle inbound leads via email and social media.
The role includes communicating with prospects in native-level English and managing the full sales process from first inquiry to closing.
Basic content work is part of the role; experience with Canva is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound emails in native-level English
Manage and reply to inbound messages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Understand prospect needs, build report, and identify high-intent leads
Move qualified leads into the sales pipeline and manage them through the full sales cycle.
Conduct follow-up calls and meetings and meet weekly and monthly. sales targets
Maintain organized records and document interactions in CRM systems.
Create simple marketing assets, proposals, or presentations using Canva (advantage).
Collaborate with marketing teams and follow brand guidelines.
Requirements: Native English (written and spoken).
Proven sales experience; inbound sales experience is a strong plus.
Strong written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail.
Experience with social media messaging, Canva, and Zoho CRM is an
advantage.
