We are looking for a Product Analytics Team Lead who brings both analytical expertise and managerial skills to lead our product analytics team. This is a highly complex and impactful role where you will play a key part in bridging the gap between data insights and product strategy, ensuring that our data-driven approach continues to drive innovation and business growth.
Drive Strategic Insights: Generate quantitative insights for product development teams with the aim to improve decision-making and drive business impact.
Influence Product Direction: See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting, and executing product launches, plans, and directions.
Data Storytelling: Translate research data and findings into actionable/strategic insights using strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
Effective Communication: Deliver analysis results clearly and effectively leveraging excellent communication skills, both on a per-need and ongoing basis.
Data Infrastructure & Integrity: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
Experimentation Strategy: Plan, conduct, and interpret the results of A/B tests in order to optimize existing and implement new product features.
User Behavior Analysis: Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to understand how our users interact with our products.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the data & analytics lead in various projects and work closely with different teams across the company to define the data we should collect and track on an ongoing basis.
Goal Setting: Collaborate with different teams to define and set KPIs and goals, design and evaluate experiments, and monitor key product metrics.
Team Leadership: Guide the team on how to harness complex organizational interfaces, initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
Mentorship & Growth: Build the best product analysts team by recruiting and staffing, and by educating and mentoring members so they become strong analysts.
Experimentation Culture: Work towards developing a culture of experimentation in the R&D organization with all the supporting systems and infrastructure needed.
Requirements: Experienced Leader: Demonstrated experience leading analytical or cross-functional teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
Analytical Powerhouse: Strong background in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Heap, SQL, Python).
Business-Minded: Ability to connect complex data findings to broader business objectives and product strategy.
Collaborator: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you effortlessly build strong, collaborative relationships across teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
Communication Skills: Able to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Education: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
Passion for Product: A deep interest in user behavior, fintech, and trading platforms.
