The CRM division of abra is seeking a User Experience (UX) Manager to lead and oversee UX processes across the organization’s digital assets. This role focuses on ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences across websites, portals, applications, and bots, working closely with design, IT, and product teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Define UX processes and standards across digital platforms.
* Translate business and operational needs into user flows and experiences.
* Collaborate with design studios, IT, and product teams to implement UX effectively.
* Ensure UX consistency and continuous improvement across digital assets.
* Collect and analyze user feedback and usage data to drive actionable insights.
Requirements: * 3–5+ years in UX / Digital / Product / User Experience processes.
* Proven experience defining UX processes beyond visual design.
* Experience working with design teams and IT/development teams.
* Ability to write UX specifications, flows, and user journeys.
* Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Confluence.
