As our Lead Program integrator, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our NPI programs. You'll develop and manage the Integrated Program Plan, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Working alongside a cross-functional team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of manufacturability, serviceability, safety, and quality.
Ensure product development adheres to business Engineering Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science.
2-3 years of experience in project leadership or driving NPI.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with strong influence and communication skills.
Demonstrated understanding of the NPI cycle.
Desired Skills:
Masters degree in Engineering.
4-5 years of project leadership experience in manufacturing, development, or research.
Applied 6 Sigma competency.
Experience with NPI ISO and regulatory compliance, design history files, and collaterals.
Strong problem-solving and solution development skills.
Proactive approach to identifying, facilitating, and closing product/program issues.
Attention to detail and independent working skills.
Ability to develop unique solutions for complex products.
